cant install vizzed RGR plugin

Every time I try to install the RGR plugin, it keeps giving me an error message that says "the feature you are trying to use is on on a network resource that is unavailable" just before the installation completes. I have noticed that the old Vizzed RGR plugin is on my add or remove programs list, and every time I try to remove it I get the same message.....plz help

Hmm well how are you going about removing it? If you really want it gone so you can install the same thing then get out a Uninstaller and get rid of it. Or you can cut and paste it out of there and into the browser and it should work.

Have you uninstalled the old version before attempting to install the new one? This might be the cause.

Or are you trying to install on a laptop? Chances are that you're wireless received interference. If you become disconnected from your installation point or network resource, reconnect and try again.

It could also mean that you have an out-of-date Windows Installer; do you get an error number in the pop-up?
