I don't know many sites but if you have an ipod, there's a free online game app called Geomon which is pretty much a complete pokemon takeoff. It features very similar battles and creatures. I would recommend it if you're into battling and leveling...which all of us are.

I'd say GPXPlus is a good one. I know some Vizzed members use it. It's less about battling and leveling up and more about breeding, hatching, and caring for Pokemon. It's pretty great though.

I would agree with Tj on this one. Wehile there is still also pokefarm which is an alright game just a bit more basic. There is really no good actual battling game though.
