The way I got here was kind of funny. I was nerd raging because I study in a University and they kept posing on the website, "Ultimate hardcore game night" and stuff. I thought as a gamer, finally I got to show off my skill; it's time to show these university geeks who's the real hardcore. When finally that night came, what did they play?? Call of Duty, Batllefield, Halo, Fifa. I thought to myself what the hell.... this isn't hardcore.

So I got back home and I googled, FPS gamers call themselves hardcore; and bam it got me here. When I finished reading the thread, I started fooling around with the website; it turned out amazing and I liked it. So i registered that's how I got here.

My gaming Info. I play all the games on all the consoles; I don't play FPS or Sports games tho.

One thing is sure: FIFA is not hardcore... well unless we have some vicious and nasty tackles, and sportsmen playing soccer like Shaolin Soccer XD
But what I can't bear in online games are the noobs, that irritates me and... where is the fun? What do they prove playing like that? I'm upset when I see that kind of thing, that's why I don't play online FPS, I'm just playing one game and it's an MMORPG: Eden Eternal (well when I have some time with all my hobbies lol )

So far, you seem to have the most unique reason for finding this place. I would have never thought that Googling something as specific as "FPS gamers call themselves hardcore" would bring someone to Vizzed. Welcome. I do hope you enjoy your time here. So... since you don't play FPSs or sports games, what do you prefer? Also, what made you come up with a username like you have now? Just curious. Oh. And what are you studying for in university? I'm in college currently majoring in Criminal Justice.

AuraBlaze : I don't play that many online games, I prefer playing offline for the most games. But I still play some games online. Mostly Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition, which I'm good at, and BlazBlue Continuum Shift, which i'm not all that good at but i find it really really cool. I'm studying Aeronautical Engineering, which is kind of a pain in the ass. Still pretty fun tho.  

Ohh and about the Username; I know it's kind of stupid, but I came up with this like years ago and I kind of stuck to it now. I don't actually remember how I came up with it.

I agree with you 100%! Pure FPS gamers shouldn't have the right to call themselves hardcore.

Anyways, after seeing what happened to Nintendo with all the losses, I decided not to play games on emulators or used games unless they're not available. So, even though I'm trying as much as possible to be active here, I don't think i'll be playing those games.
