There were a lot of good fatalities in the games. Tsang Tsung absorbing the soul of his victim, Sonya Blades Kiss of Death burning the opponent to death, Kano's laser eye fatality, Cyrax fiery net fatality! I think each character has at least one cool fatality.

Hard to say really. Over ten years worth of fatalities makes it hard to narrow down. I think the most brutal is Scorpions for Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. He takes you to hell, his clan jumps out and the screen goes black. What you don't see is the most brutal and horrific.

I saw a fatality on the remake of the original Mortal Kombat that I really liked. That belonged to Noob Saibot. For this fatality, he makes a shadow copy of himself. It starts right at the groin, and you start seeing their insides spilling from the tear in the groin. Then they end up pulling more, pretty much tearing the rest of the body apart. So gruesome, but awesome.

I just recently watched a video that featured all of the fatalities from the new Mortal Kombat.  Long story short, they're all really awesome to watch!  But my favorite one would have to be Sub Zero.  He does one where he pulls off the head with the spinal cord attached, then he freezes the rest of the headless body, then he uses the spinal cord with the head attached like a baseball bat to destroy the frozen body.  That ones pretty cool!
