Too many people asking about problems with the site. I thought this thread was to ask things besides that.

Lazlo Falconi : Yes both the RGR and Forums are on the same server. However, the DB has its own server and the files have their own server as well. With the way Godaddy has things set up, I'm pretty sure the only way to put the Forums and RGR on separate servers would be to place them on separate domains, which I wouldn't like doing since it'd kill search engine ranking.

rcarter2 : In defense of godaddy, 50% of the godaddy issues aren't godaddy's fault and maybe 25% of the issues are in some way my fault. I have actually spent many hours looking into other hosts and I have yet to find a host that offers these 5 important things:
1. Affordable prices - haven't found any other host nearly as cheap (and that's important since the server fees are already high)
2. Hardware Firewalls - to help prevent DoS attacks
3. Managed Server Play - Godaddy manages my main server which is a linux server and I have 0 experience with linux machines or linux servers so it's nice to have them configure stuff for me and take care of other security related things
4. They're the biggest in the world - it's important to have a host that's big and not likely to go out of business, I'd hate to be stuck with a host that could go out of business and than lose my site and files
5. Since they're big, they're also one of the most trustworthy hosts in the world and they have incredible security

The next best host is hostgator but out of the above 5 items, they've only got 2, 4 and 5. They're prices aren't nearly as cheap as godaddy (and hostgator is very cheap compared to others) and they don't really have managed server plans. My get-your-rom.com server is hosted with hostgator though so I do know enough about them and have enough experience with them to be able to compare them with godaddy.

There's a lot of games that I've never understood why they're so popular. I can't think of any on the top of my head but I don't understand why there's so many zombie games that are so popular, I would think after a while people would get sick of all the zombie games and want something new.

BNuge : Nope, I've never owned a Dog. However, we live with my wife's parents and they have a Dog, not sure if that counts. I hate the thing though, it sheds horribly throughout the entire year and dog fur gets everywhere and I hate dog fur. I also get really itchy because of it.

Someone70 : I went to a Technical college right after graduating from high school for only a quarter but I had to drop out since I had no way to get there, I had been using my Dad's van to go but it was starting to have problems and he didn't want me using it anymore. A few years after that I went to the Art Institute Online and took a 1 year course for Web Design. To be honest though, most of my skills I learned on my own and I probably didn't even need college to develop the skills that I currently have. I actually regret going because it put me $20,000+ in debt and I'm still paying those loans.

Yesterday, I put in 50 miles on my exercise bike. I usually try to burn at least 3500 calories a week. To achieve that, I usually put 100-200 miles on my exercise bike and do a few hours of running a week.
