Davideo7 :  i bought the psx thing and when i play the games do not show but i hear the sound and it reverts me to the windows 7 look and im useing chrome

gamerforlifeforever2 : I'm always excited for football season. The Fall is my least favorite season so the NFL definitely makes it bearable for me. Fall time kinda sucks in this part of the country/world because everything is ugly and dead looking outside and the weather just sucks.


AmnesiaMaster28 : That's odd, it shouldn't say that GC games can be played in your browser. I'll have to fix that. Modern games well never be playable on vizzed, that'd be far too illegal.


Final Weapon : It costs between $1500-$2000 a month to keep this site up. That doesn't include various expenses and fees and it also doesn't include the amount I pay each month for RGR Plugin updates (which has been $500+ a month for nearly a year now).


Luigi442wii : I wanted a forum that was friendly and welcoming to everyone. So many forums that I use to visit many years ago just didn't have an environment that I liked and I never felt comfortable on them. Maybe I'm just a misfit but I've never felt wanted or appreciated on any other site or forum and I always feared getting attacked by members for saying something stupid or doing something "wrong".

At the time, the Acmlm Board code was the most appealing and was free. Vizzed isn't much of an Acmlm Board now since it has been modified so much over the past 12+ years.

The site became popular because of the Retro Game Room. I think the forum became appealing for the reasons I mentioned above.


PacmanandMariofan : I idle longer than expected often. When you have kids, anything can come up and consume your time.


Bintsy : I use to go into the Chat Room secretly once in a while. Now I rarely do it.


DerAxeEfekt : I'm on a lot but not literally 24/7. My profile is on almost 24/7 though. I invest a lot of time into the site so it's pretty common to see me working on something. I also work on and off a lot through the day many days. For example, sometimes I'll wake up, work on the site a bit, take a break to eat, work on it some more, help my wife put the kids to bed and then continue working on the site after my wife and kids have gone to bed.


zanderlex : Do you still need me to take a look at something for the Vizzed Minecraft Server?


NumaBushi : Unfortunately it'll be a while before 3DO gets added to the site. I previously thought the RGR Plugin had the ability to emulate 3DO games using MESS but I recently found out that it's not possible at the moment.

I dont' know martial arts but I use to want to learn it.


Eggabooha : That's tough. The average GameCube game is definitely better than the average Wii game since there are so many terrible Wii games but since the Wii has so many more games than the GameCube, it's total library of good games outnumbers the GameCube so for that reason, I'll pick the Wii. Also, I have a modded Wii loaded with emulators and roms and I love being able to play old retro games in my living room with my wife and kids so that also gives it the edge for me.


PacmanandMariofan : There are lots of things that excite me about Vizzed, too many to list. I will say that I love doing netplay with users, it's amazingly fun and I really wish more users did it. I also really enjoy navigating the RGR searching for old forgotten games that I use to play as a child and also discovering retro games I've never played before or have never heard of. The Tour de Vizzed is pretty exciting too.


gamerforlifeforever2 : I'm probably the most open minded gamer that I know of so it's really hard for me to pick a worst video game system since I love almost all of them. However, if I have to pick 1, then I'll say the CD-i. I personally didn't own a CDi but my Dad did and I played it a few times. It's literally the only system I've ever played where I couldn't find a single game that I actually enjoyed but we also didn't have many games for it so maybe there are some good ones out there that I didn't get a chance to play.


Bintsy : I'm not sure how many Notifications I receive per a day since my total new notification count has been incrementing for quite a while now. I'm currently at 5989.

On a scale of 1-10, how well do you think the rainbow banner looks on me compared to other users who have won it?

gamerforlifeforever2 : It looks good on everyone but the only complaint I have with it being on you is that it makes your name take up even more space. Your name already is long but this makes it look even longer lol. It definitely makes you stick out the most out of all the users who have ever worn it.

Have you ever considered going for a Rainbow, or have you ever won a rainbow? If so when did that happen?

Any update on custom profile codes? If I recall correctly due to a certain incident, that was going to happen. We could buy custom profiles for a certain amount of Viz.

SuperCrash64 : I won the 2014 Autumn Tour de Vizzed. I may attempt to win another TdV but only if there isn't very much competition.

The custom profile stuff will come later this month.

Can you look at the Red Jersey results for today. It says I only have 95 CP in the results page but on my profile it says I've got about 135 for the day. Which one is right and is there supposed to be a difference?

Davideo7 : I believe it was that thing about the Minecraft streamer who needed a server spot. That kind of fell through because she's going to college now, so can't stream like she wanted to.

I was wondering, how many users have become global moderators in the time Vizzed has been around?

Do we have to have a custom profile or can we keep the way our profiles are with the codes we created?

Where did you work at before you took vizzed on full time. I know you told me this sometime but I can't seem to remember what you said.

What is your favorite / least favorite game of all time?

geeogree : The TdV doesn't count some CP actions for the Red Jersey. All Staff actions don't count toward the Red Jersey except Staff actions that regular users are also able to do in some way. This is to help make the TdV competition more fair for non-staff users.


legacyme3 : I'm going to merge your 1st and 3rd question together because Vized is so part of my life that it pretty much is my life. I always have big plans for Vizzed so I still see myself as the owner of Vizzed.com and I also see myself still working on it full time but I see myself taking it in new directions. New directions include exclusive games developed for Vizzed by Vizzed (maybe even an MMORPG), and many new features. I want the RGR to someday be a secondary source of traffic for the site instead of the primary source of traffic.

Beyond Vizzed though, I'd love to eventually do a few things not related to Vizzed. This includes running a marathon someday, competing in a 100 mile bike race that my town hosts ever year (and potentially winning it), writing a few novels (I've had a few ideas for years and even started 1 back in high school), learning to play piano (I use to get song ideas in my head once in a while), putting together some popular high traffic YouTube videos, etc.

I honestly don't know where I see you in 5 years. I can see you leaving and coming back to the site multiple times over the next 5 years. I hope to see you expand some of your skills though. There was a time when you took interest in programming I believe, I'd love to see you maybe get that interest back and even possibly start developing those skills. There's lots of freelance work out there for those with the proper skills.

gamerforlifeforever2 : I'm not really sure how many users have held the Global Moderator position throughout the history of Vizzed but it's not many. I've always had strict limits on how many users I want being Global at a time and the Global Mods usually hold their position for years. On this current Vizzed Board, I'd say the number is around 12-15 but geeogree may remember better than me.


Bintsy : I don't remember the most food I've ever ate but it most likely would've been on Thanksgiving. I can't eat nearly as much as the average person can.

Every user's profile has to be migrated to the new site code. It just wouldn't make sense for me to allow users to keep their current code when the entire PHP behind the profiles will be completely different. The new profiles should offer enough features to allow users to recreate their current profile though. Also, there's so many security risks with allowing users decorate their profiles using the way that they currently use and I'm kinda shocked I let it go on for as long as I have because if the wrong person came along, they could do some damage to the site with it.

My previous job was at a company called StarTech Computing, Inc. I worked there for nearly 2 years before I was laid off. Being laid off actually resulted into me working on Vizzed full time and eventually making a full time income so it worked out for the best.


BestGamer24 : Favorite game of all time is most likely Final Fantasy VII but I've always said that Shenmue is pretty close to being as amazing.

Least favorite game is probably every Grand Theft Auto game ever made lol. I can definitely see the appeal but I just don't think those games are good for society, especially since so many irresponsible parents buy those games for their underaged kids.

Though it's not a question, I will sort of tell you what my own plans are.

I once had an interest in programming, and I might take it up more down the line, but I actually have a goal I'm shooting for right now, and hope to see through.

I'm going back to school for Sports Medicine sometime in the next year, I hope, and if I find that interesting, I might actually try and become a doctor of some kind, with a specialization in physical therapy and such.

How many wins do you see your Green Bay Packers getting this season?
