    When I'm listening to a song I like,I feel good in body,mind and soul.
   I feel more confident,more energetic.
   Each rhythm sound I hear,besides I was kind of shy,start dancing.
   I like rock,hip hop,classical music,opera,rock opera.
   The sound that you hear thrown out is woes!

Music can be many things, calming, destructive, detracting....I have many uses for it myself.. Mostly, you can tell the mood I'm in by listening to some of the lyrics that the song I'm listening to is saying. Some are more angry than others, for instance: Drowning Pool - Bodies, or Nothing Else Matters By: Metallic. If I'm trying to get through a rut, you may hear me listening to Bob Seger - Turn the Page, or The Eagles Desperado. If I'm simply living in the black cloud following me around it could be anything from Pink Floyd to Nickeback, and that's just a few examples.

on another note, I would think this to be a good subject matter for a physiologist...do you happen to be one?
