I'm gonna go with the rival from second generation. He's simply a more developed character. The rest of your rivals are all either purely douches or purely goody-two-shoes. The rival from second gen actually had some depth to him. He starts out pure evil, and as he continues to lose to you, he learns what he's lacking. In short, he's the only rival with any substance. You hate him at first, then you start to see him change, then at then end you sympathize with him, even start to respect him. He gets my vote.

Red from second generation definitely he just reads rival and I like the second to last and the final battle because you get to see a change in him and then you see his growth in maturity in Kanto, It just makes me warm in fuzzy after putting up with his attitude until then.

It was a tough decision between blue or Wally. Both of them had a pretty good team that somewhat gave me a challenge while playing threw the game. In the end I had to choose Wally because he had one of my favorite Pokémon of all time in his team.. Heracross. If blue had a heracross I would have choose him, but he didn't so I have to go with Wally.
