I don't really watch a lot of TV only when I go to bed at night.  But when I do watch TV I don't usually flip through channels unless there's a commercial break.

Not really. At this point in my life, I am pretty aware of what channels have things I would watch. But even if I didn't or wanted to check just to see, that is where the TV Guide button comes in handy. I can check all the channels, and still see the screen of my current channel in a screen on the top right corner. God bless television technology. Channel surfing was such a pain in the thumb.

It really depends on what I'm watching if I flip through the channels or not, If I'm watching something that has my interest then I won't flip through the channels. But if I'm watching something I find boring or that I've seen before I'll flip back and forth until the show comes back on, I really hate watching some commercials so flipping through channels just seems like something to pass the time while waiting. Usually when I'm watching TV with my family I don't have the remote so I kinda can't flip through the channels then, but when my brother flips through channels it drives me insane for some reason. /:

There really isn't a point to it so I guess it kinda irritates me when people do that too. I mean, wouldn't it be that much faster and easier to just use the guide. That way, you can see more shows at a time without having to flip through. It also saves time too.
