It bugs me a lot when I'm playing a violent or zombie survival game and a 5 year old kid is playing.

I think this isnt a question of should they have ps3 and xbox then but age rated games that they dont reach.
And iv seen this thread already.

Maybe a PS3 could be better for the kids, since the online play on the Xbox has its extremes. So PS3 might be better for that age group

I think that media has a larger influence on kids than video games, so if you were to prevent kids from playing these types of games, you're still not going to prevent the influence of the media.
