When I beat Portal, I thought the song was ok, but I didn't really feel the emotion.

When I beat Portal 2, my eyes were welling up, because the story was just so good. The song made me feel like I actually did something valuable with my time.

I personally prefer Want You Gone. I've only beaten Portal, and only then only really beat GLaDOS, so there wasn't a lot of achievement to it, but that has nothing to do with the fact I prefer the feel of Want You Gone to Still Alive.
