Might wanna raise that Houndoom up a little. Hes badass, but mine always tend to run a bit fragile and couldn't take even one hit a little extra padding on him couldn't hurt.  Otherwise they all look pretty good to me you might wanna get them all to an even 60 just to make sure you get the upper hand.

Just bring a s*** load of items. I have beat the elite four with a level 42 and nothing but spamming moves and items. You should do fine, and if you make a mistake you just hit the off button and try again. Simple.

Yea I agree with the above. Just training up your team some more will guarantee the victory. Combine that with a decent amount of healing items like Full Restores and also some good Hold Items and you are all set
