Well I have been having this argument with a friend of mine for a long time, so that is why I put this poll. And Dime was the guitarist for the metal bands Pantera and Damageplan, and Randy was the guitarist for Quiet Riot and he was also Ozzys guitarist for a while. He is the one who wrote Crazy Train.

I would have to say neither artist is the best, and im not a real fan of either but...if I had to decide which one I think is superior, I would lean towards Randy Rhoads. I say that because from what I heard from both, I feel that randy Rhoad focused a bit more on melody than Dimebag, but that's only from what I heard.
