There is one authentic Mexican restaurant back in my hometown that my fiancée always make sure to go to every time we go visit. I get the same platter every time, which is chicken nachos. It is a huge plate of nachos cooked with a lot of shredded cheese and juicy shredded chicken. AMAZING!

I can make the best Nachos in the world (just saying), so Nachos are my favorite.  But any Mexican food I eat has to have LOTS of sour cream.
