I have quite a few Romantic anime that I really love:

Wish, Ayashi no Ceres, Magic Knights Rayearth, Chobits and Full Moon wo Sagas***e are a few.

Out of all of the romantic anime I've seen/ manga I've read I would probably have to rank Wish as number one. It was really touching.
