Yes, a check was "lost" in the mail. I was furious....and made a complaint against the Post Office because I KNOW it was sent. Not saying it was stolen or anything, but they should be more responsible, especially with important things like mail.

Thankfully, the person who sent it, understood and sent another one. THIS time I received my mail...

Yeah, once I was to have an important letter delivered to me. When it was a couple of days late, I called the post office to check on the whereabouts of it. They said it was delivered, so I went around and asked my neighbors about it. Turns out, it got delivered to the mailbox next to mine.
