I want to have a website of my own but too young to purchase one(Age 12)If someone can help me out that would be great I will pay out 1000 Viz for who can help me I want it to be called Jakob98's pokemon and science board.I also want a chat room with rooms called General Pokemon room Pokemon battle room Pokemon friend code room Pokemon Media room General Science room Science Help room(For people with tough science homework)and Guest/Help room(Guest help room will be a room that guests can enter and board users for help on chat room)I want this to use your Pokemon and science board log in information so you can log in with your board information(Use 123 flash chat )And I want this where people can create Public or private chat rooms to> This will be dedicated to pokemon and science.All pokemon forums and pokemon related chat rooms will only be available to pokemon fans only(Must have a profile pic of pokemon to get the power level called pokemon fan)Example of power level.

Jakob are you aware that you can get them for free and do not have to purchase one? You will have to know HTML but I can help you with some of that. What kind of site are you planning on making anyway?
