Mew. It's pink (Yeah, I'm a guy. So what?), It's cute, it's cat-like (cat lover here), it's psychic and uses a bubble as a shield. It's also one of the least intimidating legendaries, and also one of the ABSOLUTE STRONGEST period. Some people will disagree due to its stats. But I battle competitively and I know that having a pokemon as versatile as Mew (learns almost every move ever) with above average balanced stats in ALL categories, makes for one heck of a nasty pokemon. In the hands of an expert trainer (someone who knows about IVs and EVs and how to use them and understands that pokemon strategy goes far beyond 'this type against this type') Mew is one of the deadlist pokemon. It's one of the few pokeon you just CAN'T prepare for. It's impossible... too many possibilities.

My favorite Pokemon ever, is and will always be, Mew. [= It's adorable, it kinda looks like a cat (as I obviously love), it's a psychic-type (which is my favorite type), and it's amazingly strong.

Although, I also love the legendary birds. My favorite of those three is Articuno because I love ice types.

I think that Mewtwo has to be my favorite legendary. I've always liked Psychic Pokemon, since they can damage the opponent a lot and also leave some nasty effects such as confusion. Plus, Mewtwo is from the 1st Gen, the best gen.

Galacta : Its okay if you don't like legendary Pokemon, but Rayquaza is extremely powerful it would probably take thousands of Pokemon to beat this legendary Pokemon (then again it would be called Pokemon mass attack if that happened.)
