I bought a cheap adapter that lets me use my xbox 360 controller on my pc. I bought minecraft recently and its a little hard to play with just a keyboard. Its not perfect, but it works pretty well.

I do not use the PC controller because I am used to the keyboard. I do not happen to use a PC controller for games or anything. I would not want to purchase a PC controller even if I really wanted it. For me, it's a waste of money because you can just use regular controls.

I've once helped set up a Wii remote to play a game on the computer. I haven't done it my myself but might try in the future to play some of the Mario games in the RGR and the rest on my emulator.

Is there anyway to get a gameboy controller adapted to the PC? Using a keyboard in the RGR just doesn't cut it for me.

Yes I use a PC controller. I grew up on the Nintendo and Super Nintendo controllers. So I got me a controller made for computer it works like a flash drive. I like to use a PC controller because it feels like I'm holding a Super Nintendo controller again. I have found the controller to be much easier than the key board.

It really depends on the game I'm playing. If it's a game obviously designed to be/works better played with a controller, e.g. Beat Hazard, Super Meat Boy, any emulator that isn't for a home computer, Castle Crashers, many 'shmup/danmaku games, etc., I use a little PS2 to PC input adapter to play those. If the game is difficult to configure non-360/any controller inputs for, has no option to use a controller, or just isn't designed for or good with one, e.g. many FPSes, Binding of Isaac, many visual novels (which are usually too explicit for a family friendly forum such as Vizzed), point and click games, etc., I usually don't. I'm hoping to get an arcade-style joystick for some games as well.
Things are not different; things are things.

Yeah I do. It makes most gaming playable on the PC. I mainly use my Xbox 360 controller but I also have a SNES style usb  controller too which I tend to use on vizzed unless I am playing the PSX or N64.
