I'm not sure if I've already said this, but I'm actually excited to see the Tour de Vizzed replace the VCS. It'll be more dependent on word count rather than post count, which will hopefully bring up post quality. Plus, you get a cool new color for your username. x3

And yeah, I think I'm going to host next months VCS. It was a much needed break. I'll likely hand it over during November and possible December as well so anyone wanting to host a VCS should talk to me before they come up.

And I'm going to go make that thread right now so it's ready for tomorrow.

I decided at the last moment to let thenumberone settle with 5th.  The competition is about the users and I figured it'd be a great way for thenumberone to make a presence by placing in the top 5, as far as I know, he's never ranked that high (all I would've needed was 1 more post to tie him for the month if I really wanted).

I agree, this competition really is for the userbase, although I won't complain about being second. I generally post my heart out day in and day out. Happens to mesh with the VCS.

legacyme3 : I do like seeing staff at the top of the VCS but I also like seeing lesser known users up there as well.  I set myself to a different standard, similar to how with the yearly Vizzed Awards, I'm the only person you can't vote for.  I'm at the top and receive enough recognition and glory and just want to share or give that away to anyone below me whenever possible.

As far as i know,iv never actualy placed at all.as i said,i only started trying halfway through when i realised i was actualy geting points.
If i have time i might try fully for next month.
