One of the first I ever watched was Kiki's Delivery Service. I think it was playing on Cartoon Network (or some other station) one day and I got to watching it. I haven't seen it in awhile, but it's always been one of my favorites.

I've also always loved Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle. It's my dad's fault that I ever watched either in the first place. He got me to see them, but I'm glad he did. Both are great movies. [=

I believe my favorite anime movie would have to be Princess Mononoke. I just love that movie, it's so good. Hayao Miyazaki happens to be directing it, which is pretty awesome considering he's directed some of my favorite anime movies. For example, he's directed Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, Ponyo, and the classic My Neighbor Totoro. The animation is just superb, the 3D effects of the tentacles or whatever came from the demon were pretty cool. The movie features one of the best scores I have ever heard, and it just fits right in with the epic landscape while As***aka is riding his red elk. It also has pretty epic battle scenes, like when the man was telling As***aka about when the boars attacked, that scene was done pretty well. But this movie also happens to have one of the happiest endings I have ever seen, the forest lives on forever.

Antha : You should try to watch Sky Crawlers on Youtube, its free and it is really deeply well made, the theme I think are mainly war theme, but also sexual romance but they don't show the scene, just, deep love, you know?

Mine is a tie between Studio Ghibli's Spirited Away, Laputa: City in the Sky, Kiki's Delivery Service and Howl's Moving Castle. They're all so good I can't decide which one I like more, so I'm just going to say they're all my favorite.
