Pokemon Anime version sound good? If Game Freak could make a game like that then i would buy hands down. Getting Pikachu going to the Hidden Village, fighting of the gastly at maidens peak ino they are hacks like Ash Gray and Ash's Quest but theyre not fully done and i would like to play through the whole anime ino it would probably never happen but it would be cool dont you think?

It would be good maybe as a spin off game on the wii. I don't think it would happen though. The closest is probably Pokemon Yellow, in fact it was inspired by the anime. Ash is one of the default names, Pikachu is a starter pokemon, and Jessie and James show up with their pokemon Ekans, Koffing and Meowth.

That sounds cool! Even though a pokemon hack that you can play as ash in is already in the retro game room, i'd love to see an idea like that as Nintendo DS game card!

I'm not sure if most Pokemon fans are willing to give up their generic young person adventure for a story based off the anime. The anime is supposed to be based off the game, not the other way around. Frankly, I don't find the anime very interesting, so it's not something I might look forward to.

Just my two cents though. :/

Maybe if you were able to redefine and personalize the character of Ash and have all the other characters keep their roles that they had in the anime. Of course it would have to allow you to catch whatever pokemon you want as well. Besides, I don't think that they would be able to condense even one season of the anime enough to fit in a game nicely.

Sure you could pick and choose what to keep and what to leave out, but it would still take a lot of sequels to REMOTELY tell the whole anime story and do it justice. That's why games made from movies or shows tend to not do so well.
