To get 99,999 poke fast first find a kecleon shop, then put some high selling items down on the shop tiles. DON'T SELL YET. First quick save the game. After quick saving resume the game and Kecleon will give you money repeatedly without having to resell. You can buy the items back and he will still give you money. Hope this helps.
