I've been trying for a while to get a layout...

First, I would like this picture on there as a background:

I would like for it to be resized, and put on the bottom of the layout. The area above it can be just white.

Next, I'd like a slightly transparent textbox in the middle. Something light and normal like all the regular users have should be fine. It should be scrollable and have a signature.

I think that's all I want for now. If you can do it, I'm willing to pay.
