Well, correct me if I'm wrong, since I'm not a Christian, but the Bible states that Adam and Eve were the start of a evolution or something like that. 
If it's that case, I would say Adam and Eve. 

But, my atheist mind tells me that, no, dinosaurs came first because there were no such Adam and Eve. However, I'm openminded, so I will assume there is a human couple starting out there, as cavemens, or such. 
I would say the humans came first, or in a way, Adam and Eve came first. That's what I think. 
If that's not the case, how did the humans survive dinosaurs' attacks?!

Looking at the genesis account of Adam and Eve, I'd say dinosaurs came first. Its not clear from a biblical perspective because dinosaurs aren't mentioned, but it is clear Adam and Eve were the last to be created. So dinosaurs.
