I have pokemon ruby and saphire and emerald to but ruby and saphire are hard to beat because I can't get to rayquasa but emerald is easy to beat because I can get raquasa I have these games in real life then at the end I go to the battle tower clone my swampert with the saved rare candies I have collected Here's how to clone beat the game go to battle tower attach any item to the pokemon you want cloned stick it in any empty box save the game then take it out go to the link battle receptionist talk to her choose open level then choose 2 pokemon that isn't the clone once done she will ask if you want to save hit yes a 2 second pause break will come then after that it will say do you want to save then shut the game off then you will have a clone

Note - ALL pokemon games are extremely easy, they are probably the simplest RPGS in existence =/

All one needs to do is get a level 100 starting pokemon, and generally you can tear through the entire game =/ Add in a couple more level 100s and your team is unstoppable.

So you think pokemon is too easy huh? It's made for kids right? Well if you're looking for a challenge then you should try the Nuzlocke Challenge heheh. If you don't know what it is here are the rules:
  1. You have to catch the FIRST pokemon you see in each area (route, cave, forest etc.) and if it faints, before you catch it,  you CANNOT catch another one in that area. 
  2.  If a pokemon in your party faints it is considered dead and you have to release it. 
  3. You have to nickname each pokemon, this just makes it harder on you if it faints which increases the drama. 
These are the basic rules but you can add others (which are completely optional) like:
  1. Considering a black out/white out to be "game over," even if there are Pokémon left in the PC.
  2. Going to options and making the battle style "set". Making you unable to switch out between your foes' Pokémon.
  3. Banning the use of potions and healing items, relying only on Pokémon Centers for healing.
  4. Banning the use of Pokémon Centers, relying only on potions and healing items for healing.
  5. Limiting Pokémon Center visits to a certain number per town.
  6. Banning the use of held items.
  7. Limiting the number of Poké Balls to purchase per Poké Mart.
  8. Banning the use of Master Balls.
  9. Rather than releasing the Pokémon, it can be migrated or permanently boxed should it happen to faint.
  10. The player may not evolve captured Pokémon, but evolved Pokémon may be caught.
  11. No catching/using of legendaries.
  12. As a mercy rule, allowing 1-3 "second chances" or revives of fallen team members

This style of play will make pokemon that much harder for you so don't be a wuss try it out!

I think Emerald is pretty hard. If you pick the non water type Pokémon, the battles with "rival" can be extremely hard :l That may be because I am trying to train like 8 Pokémon at once though :o If my memory serves me, all Pokémon games are very very easy if you only train one Pokémon. But its not as fun.

Like Jesseh said, if you're looking for a Pokemon challenge, I would highly suggest the Nuzlocke run. I haven't beaten mine yet, so you know that it's pretty tough. x3

Or you can try playing some of the hacks in the RGR. Some of the hacks make the game a bit tougher, so you can try those too.
