the ninjas could swim from a silent motored boat they drove about say 250ft away at night then go under the boat climb up from behind them and kill them all silent or better yet just run on water all the way there then when night falls just put some bombs on the sides and then....BOOM!!! they die.

It really depends. If we're talking about stereotypical shinobi ninja, then yeah, they're pretty cool. But if it's the original ninjas (basically just piss-poor hired killers, and usually drunk), then pirates were cooler. If we go with the newer ninjas, then we should go with newer pirates too (like those guys in Somalia). And don't forget about software pirates!
