Heres something a friend told me from her forum.
Its called spotlight (or hotseat). What happens is, people ask to be in the hotseat, and for that week they have to answer questions that people ask, if they dont want to answer the question, they dont have to.
So we'll start with me, anyone can ask me stuff for the next week (until 13th nov), and people can PM me asking to be in the next spotlight.

So.. ask away .
