I do not really pay attention to Guideline daily amounts, I generally drink tap water anyways, As thenumberone said above artificial flavorings and sweeteners are far worse for you than natural sugars, As it is manufactured whilst normal sugars can be broken down more easily by your body

while i dont read nutrition facts for food i always drink water i like keepign a clean system, gives you nice skin and you feel healthier, I do drink alchol at parties though but at least im keepign healthy the rest of the time
