I at first thought to post in the thread a few threads down, but decided that this seemed a better option, it would capture your attention easier. >=)

Anyway, my copy of Sim RPG Maker 95, (or at least, SRPGMaker), is not working (it seems I don't have a setup file), and thus I'm looking for another copy that actually works. It needs not even be in English (the one I had was half translated).

So, if anyone still has it, I'd really appreciate it, because I've been looking far and wide, and I fear the Internet has forsaken me. =(

Well, I'm a fan of Ascii's stuff, and I've used this. It's also the only tactical/strategy RPG maker I know of that exists. Sooo, now I'm looking for it, but it seems that it has dissappeared off the face of the earth... =(

I'm really looking for an easier way to make one than using an existing one or programming it myself. =P

It differs from the other RPGMakers in the sense that it is specifically a tractical/strategy RPG maker (like Fire Emblem or Ogre Battle)

I checked it, it works.
There are some menu things in Japanese or something. Just highlight them and you get a popup.
Havn't tried making any games or anything, so cant garentee it works 100%.
