Music means a lot to me. Although I do not play any instruments, I use music as a way of expressing myself. Sometimes music has weighed me down, but it usually builds me up. I never used to listen until music until I was 11-13 or somewhere in there.  I got my first CD from my grandma and uncle, Morning Orbit by David Usher, and didn't really listen to it until like a year or two after I got it.  Since then, I love music and listen to it when I really need to de-stress or come to terms with change or other unpleasantness.
