One missed call, the ring 1 & 2.
Japanese horror movies scare me a lot more than the traditional western horrors.

I think that the most terrifying movie I've seen, maybe not ever but still terrifying would be the original 1976 version of The Omen.

The two scariest movies I have ever seen were ones that I saw when I was a kid. First would have to be Fire Starter with Drew Barrymore. Anyone who can start fires with their mind is crazy scary. Second, is Lawnmower Man. That was creepy as well as scary...for a 5 year old I guess. I personally think they do not make very good scary movies these days. Those movies had substance, plot, character development. Today it's just all gore, guts and screaming. Props to the 80's.

I remember another movie that scared me, it's called Paranormal Entity, which I think it scarier that Paranormal Activity. I know there are a few others that actually scared me. Uhm I think one of them was Signs, even though that's not really considered a horror movie. I know there are others but I can't remember right now for some reason.

I have a HUGE fascination with horror, killing, and bloodshed so I don't get scared easily. In fact, I don't think any "scary" movie has scared me.

My favorites would be movies based off lives of real prolific serial killers such as the movie's MONSTER (Aileen Wournos) female serial killer who killed many men, and Ted Bundy's movie called TED BUNDY. He killed countless amounts of women.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Amityville Horror because they're based off true stories, and Paranormal Activity. I think they did a great job convincing it's audience it was real.

I went to a Halloween party last year and the host decided that we all needed to watch Hostel. That one traumatized me.  Geez, it was gory. I can handle blood, but ... wow. I kept hiding my face in my hands. >.< I'm pretty easily frightened, though. >.>

Only two horror movies have ever truly scared me:

The Exorcist (1973)

This movie literally scared me so badly that I was afraid to go to the bathroom by myself

A Clockwork Orange (1971)

The 'Singing in the Rain' scene scared me to the point of nightmares.

The Excorcist, and Pet Sematary are the scariest movies I've ever seen. They're horrifying.

My vote goes to The Exorcist.  That was a heck of a movie, especially alone, in the dark.
