That's a new one. Do any of the other system items work? Maybe you don't have cookies enabled in your browser? I'm clueless as to what the problem is. Maybe sell it and buy it back to see if it works then.

What do you mean the GBA item doesn't work? What about it doesn't work?

If you're saying that it's still charging you Viz to play GBA games even though you own the GBA item, that's not true because I just tried it out for myself.
