Isn't it basically controlling your dream realm?

If that's the case, I may be good at it, considering I can destroy everything I think about, and relax in a quiet room, at peace with myself. Sort of like meditation.. only when I'm sleeping.

just want to check in to say ive think ive finally semi- mastered it after my last post in this thread and jeez tis awesome to have the control

i didnt do bitmaps advice on it although that sounds like you get more control out of it and better advice generally but heres some tips i found:

1)not sleeping on your bed, when you accidently fall asleep is when i had the best lucid dreams
2)prepare yourself before you go to bed so tell yourself to spot anythign out of the ordinary, hopefully something will kick in halfway into your dream, for me i realized floating wasnt really normal so i looked at a shop intensly and eventually controlled my levitation

I've actually looked into lucid dreaming now and I take back what I said. I have not had a lucid dream. But I am trying to i'm going to keep a dream journal and everything. From what I heard it sounds awesome!
