It's kinda hard to read. The picture is nice and all, but there really isn't any font color that would work on top of it. You're probably better off finding something else.

You look up into the sky, and see a curious form flying down towards you. It is a Hydreigon, and it lands in front of you and says... I have a question. If you block a layout on a user page, is there any way to unblock it?

The Hydreigon looks hungry... why not feed it before it leaves? Click on it!satisfied, the Hydreigon spreads its six black wings and flies off to who knows where...

I just stumbled on the layouts for sale.. This site never stops amazing! :O  But I do have a problem/  question.. After purchasing a neat layout, I can't get it to appear in my post. This will be my first post after setting the layout, so maybe its not retro-active. If theres no layout in this post I need some help =x    Update: Nevermind, it's working just fine.
