Pokemon Stadium is a very unique game. The Pokemon Stadium offers variety of features: card game, train the creatures to fight on your Game Boy, watch the movie or TV show, and snap pictures. The downside of Pokemon Stadium is it's NOT much of a storyline. While on the other hand the Pokemon look great! The Pokemon battle animations are a little drab. It would be nice to see more Pokemon movement during the battle or physical contact with one another. Another downer is the announcer has a very limited amount of speech. You will basically hear the phrases over and over. Besides the tournament, their are mini Pokemon games which look like arcade games. The mini games mostly tend to involve Pokemon hitting a target until a Pokemon is declared a winner.  Overall despite some negativeness of Pokemon the game is an incredible playing experience.

Pokemon Stadium is one of my personal favorite games to play here. Pokemon Stadium 2 is severely addicting...I play non stop for hours.

YourMajestyKen : Between Pokémon Stadium 1 and Pokemon Stadium 2. I think both are very similar. The only difference is the rental Pokémon and couple other features. But other than that they both are VERY same. I really wish they could enhance the Pokémon movement in these games, that way it looks much more realistic. Don't you agree? I been playing this more than a week now. I'm listening to the same old phrase over and over by the announcer. I would mute the game and play. Lol

ha ha ha..yeah, sometimes I mute the announcer because I've heard every phrase...my favorite is "And there goes that battle!" I wish Pokemon Colosseum was available to play but it's for Gamecube. That would be awesome...

YourMajestyKen : Aren't their any emulators to upload game cube games onto this site? I too wish to play Pokémon Collosseum too. Maybe we can organize and ask the owner if he can upload or input game cube games onto the site. Just an idea. My phrase has to be, "It's a one hit wonder..." It's corny line but I guess Pokémon is meant to be corny for the children to like. Don't you hate it when you use like a super effective move and the other Pokémon has like 3hp left? I get pissed off when that happens.

jet252 : Yeah...especially when you battle Team Rocket in Pokemon Stadium 2. For instance....Team Rockets male grunt uses Graveler....I'll use a Water Pokemon's surf attack...it'll take away most of Gravelers Hp leaving like 5 left. Then he uses explosion killing us both. Water attacks is super effective against Ground and Rock types...Graveler should have been defeated the first time. I feel like the computer cheats sometimes. As far as the Gamecube games...that won't be possible because it's illegal.
