This seems to be an increasingly common issue with chat.

Several users were banned, although they can come back in a little bit later.

It's unknown what's causing this as far as I can tell.

... Now, that is weird. I've never heard of anyone reporting that they were "banned" from the Friend Chat. 

The only problem we had on it was when JigSaw glitched it up by deleting everyone's Friends List.
