I play leaf green and transport my Pokemon to Diamond. I just love this game!!! It's so fun and it's endless!

I can't beat the champion's last pokemon, the Dragon one. If it wasn't for the ho using full restores I would have beaten it by now.

Is it just me, or does money not seem like a problem in this game??

Vash you finished the game now? Does the game actually ever finish, where, you cant go back and use your pokemon again in the 'career mode' ?

Technically no it doesn't. I can fight the elite 4 again and again if I want.

I guess technically you could finish if you got all 493 pokemon (I think that includes event pokemon. Got them all to level 100, and got them all into the hall of fame (beat the Elite 4, you can only use 6 at a time) so yeah, there's really not a rue end to the game.

Pokemon Emerald actually had another 7 or 14 badges to collect after beating the pokemon league. And late on in the game money is easier to get. You can get a lot from the elite 4, but even then some stuff costs a lot. A single ultra ball costs 1200, dusk balls are 1000, full restores are 3000. So buying enough for a long time will cost a lot. I had over 200,000 and ended up going all the way down to like 700 buying items to be ready for the pokemon league, though I beat it fairly easily (except the psychic dude, not sure why he was so hard to me). The champ them self was kinda easy since I had a pretty diverse team.

Edit: Also Bobby after beating the pokemon league, there is a whole new island to explore, and new missions to do. Then once you see all 150 sinnoh pokemon you can get the full pokedex and find even more, again 493 total I think.

Yeah.. I was going to buy it today.. not released in Aus (well, I only looked in EB games) until june 21st.. . Ill just get my ds, and some.. misc. utilities and buy a copy online.

Any region games work with DS, but they are probably more expensive to import. Also I'm pretty sure Wi-Fi games will work because the Bleach game on DS that was online only came out in Japan and some American users on IGN bought it and said it would work.

But yeah, very strong entry into the pokemon series. Bobby could get beat online by us.

At this rate, I'm better than a couple of the players on this board. The only reason is because it's the only DS game I have and I am addicted beyond rehabilitation.
Things you must do to beat the game fully:
Get the best trainer card
Get all pokemon (Including event)
Get 999999$
Get maximum SCORE (Probably 50,000)
Get all pokemon to level 100
Capture 50 flags in underground
Get all of MR GOODS' items
capture all pokemon as shinies(Which makes the game endless)
Beat every trainer everywhere in every part of the game
Go to every special pokemon event
Unlock New Moon Island(EVENT LATER THIS YEAR)
go on GTS over 100 times
Get 999 of every berry
Buy 999 of every pokeBall (Yes, it's possible to have over 99)
Breed 2 of every breedable rare pokemon
Nickname every pokemon YOU caught
Get maximum of every purchasable item

173 seen 122 obtained.

Rarest addition: Level 100 Palkia (apparently unhacked as well as it was found in the right location). Also a Bulbasaur and Ditto. Going to breed some Eevee's so I can get their evos.
