I'm not sad either.... I was actually cheering for Dallas. I've watched them put together a solid team for years and either lose to LA or San Antonio or get to the finals and get destroyed.

It was nice to see them win for once. I'm starting to find I would rather see a new team win each year than to see dynasty teams.... there are too many teams playing now for dynasties to be fun to watch.

I find it funny how the title of this thread is "The Heat lost the Finals" rather than "The Mavs won the Finals." It's all about the Big 3 in the Heat not getting a title. LOL.

That being said, I'm not Mav or Heat fan. I was so hoping Spurs would pull through a miracle season but injuries caught up in the end of what was an amazing season. Even though I despise the Mavs, I'm glad that they won. Jason Kidd, Dirk Nowitski, Jason Terry, Tyson Chandler, and Shawn Marion deserve a championship and they need one in their resume. Especially Kidd and Nowitski, really glad they were smiling when they got their trophy.

Heat were sloppy in this series. They did not seem like they were doing their best, and if they are thinking that they have more opportunities in the next few years, the rest of the league will still be ready for them.

(P.S.: I'm watching this post game conference. Coach was saying "don't apologize for being confident." THEY WERE BEING TOO CONFIDENT. They were mediocre, sloppy, and slacked off compared to the other series that they played. They need to play hard ALL 48 minutes. The Big 3 did not play the 4th quarter for almost every game in the Finals.)

The Bulls were their major hurdle. Once they beat the Bulls they thought they had it won.

Everyone in my school wanted the heat to lose...and they did. I want the Bruins to win tonight, though.

You know what is even more sad? Lebron is blaming GOD for his loss...that is the worst excuse I ever heard.

Lol I missed everything that happened after Game 6. I was rooting for the Mavs as well, mainly because I despise Lebron. At least Nowitski finally got the title he deserved.

I don't follow the NBA a whole lot, but from what I do know, the Heats had a winning chance this time around, but failed to make the push to victory. I'm kinda glad the Mavericks won, since I'm always cheering for the underdog. o/

no business coaching this team whatsoever. The current team needs a
stern disciplinarian who will not tolerate b.s. from LeQueen James or

Coach Riley, if you want to see a focused Heat team effort this season do this:

Lebron James aka Mr. Pure Hype and No Rings shoot and make 400 jumpers
and 400 free shots after every practice no excuses.. the same type of
training that made Larry Bird such a legend with the Celtics and is
responsible for transforming Kobe "The Black Mamba" Bryant into the
most dynamic, lethal and efficient scorer in the NBA.
