Hey everybody dk here and I have a question.

What is the best weapon attachment for the AK 47 in Call of Duty Black Ops?

I want opinions on what you guys think is the best.

I am 9 levels from getting the AK and I plan on using it so any opinions would be helpful.

I would use the Red Dot. Simply because it gives you better accuracy. IF you're playing something like Search & Destroy, then use the Suppressor so you'll have a bit of an easier time.

How could the red dot reduce its power? I don't think that's true. Although a suppressor very well may effect the muzzle velocity.

I would still say the red dot is the best because it only increases range but does not decrease anything else. Where as the supresser only makes you silent but takes more bullets.

Adding a scope doesn't hinder damage at all. Adding a silencer will lower accuracy and damage. I honestly use dual mags for that quicker reload. In Search and Destroy I use Silencer or Extended  Mags. The gun is good enough without a scope. I will use red dot or Reflex scope when I feel that my shot has been off and I need that extra assistance in assuring that I am going to hit my target but in my opinion once you get used to the feel of the AK47 you shouldn't need the red dot and use it on something more beneficial. I.E Silencer/Dual mags/Extended/Under Barrel shot gun.

With the Dual Mags you get double the ammo without using Scavenger Pro, or picking up packs with Scavenger. If you use Warlord use the Suppressor with the Dual Mags. I'm not sure if it is "Dual Mags" or "Duel Mags". Either way, that is the way to go.

Red dot sights always seem to make it harder to hit anything for me, if only because red dots tend to exaggerate any kick, and AK-47's tend to have quite the kick, if I recall correctly. As it is, I think you don't need an attachment, but Dual mags or Extended Mags could probably help you if you don't use Sleight of Hand.
