I think it depends on where the confrontation takes place. if it takes place in the water, the anaconda has the advantage, if, somehow, it happens in a tree, the grizzly has the advantage. Now if it took place on the ground it's anyone's game. True the anaconda is quite heavy, but a grizzly bear is strong. The ultimate deciding factor will be if the anaconda can get a grip on the grizzly before the grizzly takes a good swipe at it. The anaconda can't kill the grizzly with a big hole in its belly. Now if the anaconda wraps itself around the grizzly I'd say the bear is done for.

The grizzly bear would kill anaconda and won the battle. Anaconda are have largest weight and strong enough crush a prey to death. But it no match for a grizzly bear. A grizzly bear have claw and strong jaw that tear the prey apart. So a grizzly bear would won and kill anaconda.

I think the anaconda would win because it can constrict the grizzly bear and kill it in minutes because it can crush it with all of its weight and suffocate it, inject deadly venom that would also kill it very quickly. Sure grizzly bears are big and strong, but the anaconda can strike in fractions of a second, too fast for the grizzly to react. If it is in water, than the anaconda wins, not even a competition. Some snakes like this suffocate crocodiles that are very adept to the water, so the snake should finish the bear off in there. If it is land then it is a 50-50 chance on who will win, if the anaconda gets a grip and tangles the bear up then it will win. But if the bear claws it then maybe it has a chance, but for the most part I will say anaconda, they react with lightning speed bites that take fractions of a second, they can constrict the animal and kill it in minutes, it has deadly venom, and it has the advantage in the water. So I will say Anaconda 75%, Grizzly Bear 25% chance of winning in a fight.
