Well the obvious..working out. For the arms, doing push ups helps...for the mid section, sit ups...and for the leg muscles, a lot of running and walking. The best advice I could give for attaining muscle is swimming. That builds the most muscle in a short period of time...if you're dedicated and do it everyday. Horses are trained in water to maintain their muscular body structure.....you should do the same if you're looking to be ripped!

Actually im skinny too and ive been doing a lot of research into this and talking to friends its taken me about a year to get all the relevant info and theres a ridiculous amount you need to take into consideration so ill break it down ...

1> low rep high weights- if your doing weights or pushups you need to make sure you do them slowly with heavy weights you can lift fluently but on the edge of what you can handle reps means the amoiunt of times you complete each set of a certain exercise like 5 bicep curls is a set 5 reps of this would be 5 take a break, 5 take a break, etc.. (5 times)

2> specific and whole body exercises- you need to get muscley in your legs if you want your arms to get bigger because mammals have a regulation system so your arms dont get too big which is why you never see people with arms so big they keep falling over so do leg exercises and take a sport for cardio too you need to do at least an hour a day of sport in general for your whole body to build muscles because cardio also makes your heart biggerhelping provided muscles the needed nutrients

3> post exaustion - if your loosing weight and putting on muscles you need to increase the cardio and afterwards do specicfic exercises to exhaust break and then rebuild muscles making it bigger

your goal essentially is to replace fat with muscle or to put on muscle instead of fat so diet is important too. Your allowed junk food every once in a while but if your taking this UBER seriously you need to only eat protein and fibre for when your doing weights and carbohydrates can be added when you doing a big amnount of cardio that day(sport) i'm still not too sure about the exact diet routine but the rest is correctas for the specific exercises to do.. do all of them make yourself a routine (routines should only last 20-30 mins anymore than that and your damaging muscle) include 5-6 different execercises encompassing arms, legs(squats),abdominals(weighted situps),and your chest and back. remember you want to keep in proportion else you cant gain any wieght where you want it.

so do a bit of research on exercises (it dosent really matter which you do) as long as you keep whats said above in mind. GOOD LUCK!

Well, the general way to build muscle is lift weights, swim, do a lot of running, so some sit-ups, some crunches, and those damn push-ups I hate to death.

Keep doing those and you'll get there. It's working for me.

Well, in general, lift weights. If it's kinda too much, just do the regular exercise routines, it also grows muscles!

10-30 then 20-30 Push Ups, Lift Weights Start off with 10 pounds then 20 or 30 pounds, Sit Ups around 15-20 then start doing 25-35
do those everyday and you'll get muscle in no time and eat right and go for a jog 3 or 4 times a week 20-30 min to work those legs

You could take products like Iso Protein, or others that help speed up the natural process: rebuilding and recovery of muscles. But lifting weights would be the number one answer in "my book".

hnnn : The fastest way to gain muscle is actually illegal ( analbolic steriod), but the general legal fastest way to gain muscle is to go to the gym and lift wieghts.  Before for lifting do some warm ups to loosen you muscles so that you don't lock up while lifting (i have and it hurts).  Don't lift too much in a week if you value your manhood though.  Lifting accompanied by some sort of aerobic excerise like a martial arts will improve strength and show great definiton.  I've gain 10-15lbs of muscle in 7 weeks from a strenuous excerise program using martial arts and weightlifting.

I started lifting weights a little more than a year ago because I was pretty underweight. I am 5'11'', and I used to weigh 135lbs. I was a cross country runner, so it wasn't like I was completely out of shape, just skinny with toned legs. I found various weight lifts for different muscles. Then I found out how much protein is too much so I don't just take in more than I use. I also upped my portions in meals so I had calories to burn. If you don't eat enough, you won't have the energy to build muscle because it will all go to repairing them. I lift 4 days a week. Day one is dedicated to my arms and shoulders. Day 2 is dedicated to my legs. Day 3 is dedicated to the torso (abs, chest, back muscles). Day 4 is dedicated to doing a couple lifts from each of the previous days with lighter weight (that is to give them stamina instead of just strength). On Friday, I jog 3-4 miles while a light dumbbell in each hand. Remember to not mix anaerobic and aerobic exercises in the same day because you not get much benefit from it. The weekends is my relaxing time to let my body rest, repair, and build. I have done this every week (minus the weeks I had to stop due to cracked ribs), for a bit over a year, and I am not 155lbs with no extra body fat increase. You just need to find a routine that works for your schedule and remember one thing: CONSISTANCY. If you don't keep at it, you will get nothing from it. And one last thing when it comes to the actual lifts. If you can do more reps on your last set, you aren't using heavy enough weights. That last set of that last rep should take everything you got to finish, or you aren't challenging your muscles enough. Good luck.
