Now it's everything i can do to get into the top 10. I can't imagine trying to win another VCS with how people post now. I could win every day with about 50 posts. Now that's barely possible.

Instead of huge spikes in activity once every 3 months having it every month will have people posting extra to win for that month. It may not be the same people but it will keep the average post count higher every month and not just for 1 month.

We have considered giving away Viz as a prize but you would have earned so much from posting during that month that it seemed silly to give out MORE for winning.

Once David completes the trophy reward system he's got in mind I'm sure there will be trophies for point totals and final placing in the VCS and stuff. I can think of probably 10 or so trophies off the top of my head that you could aim for.

the trophies, like many many other features, will appear when David doesn't have to deal with people trying to ruin his site. hopefully he has that situation dealt with and can move on with feature creation.
