OMG...damn Germans! If it's found that in fact that company was distributing E Coli infested sprouts...can they be sued?

I don't eat German veggies anyway so I'm in the clear....

Good thing I'm in America, my veggies are safe to eat! Poor Germans.

That veggie scare is... well... scary. I used to get a few imported food stuffs at markets, but now I won't be getting veggies or anything. Oh well.

YourMajestyKen : there isn't any point in suing a company that is likely to go out of business over something like this. You wont' get anything out of the company.

I found this on a page, thought I'd post it here just in case anyone is fearful of having E Coli...here are some symptoms  

Children are more likely than adults to develop symptoms of E. coli infection. Most people with the infection will have:

Severe stomach cramps and stomach tenderness.

Diarrhea, watery at first, but often becoming very bloody.

Nausea and vomiting.

If you are feeling any of these symptoms...please contact a doctor.

I dunno how to place it in my own words, but it explains a bit on the concept of the whole big bang theory. I'm not much for education, but it was an interesting read personally.

yeah, you'll be lucky if he misses a day.

Your only real chance of winning is to make sure you are getting more points than the person/people ahead of you or if you're in first then getting more points than the person right behind you. And the more you get above them the better because it only increases your lead and makes keeping the lead even easier.
