do you know what the controls are if so set them or use firefox instead of internet if you aren't using it already it's more compatible

When the next update of the RGR Plugin is released, it will be fixed; until then there's probably not a solution as it is probably a bug in the current Plugin.

Perhaps you can try and uninstall/reinstall the Plugin, or repair it. If that fails, download a new Plugin and install that one.

tRIUNE : I'm not using the Plug-in, as i use a mac, so it won't work. But i've just been selecting the first option. I've been using it for a while, but it's not working now, if i don't load my file; the keys work...when i load...then the keys don't work
