During the summer I prefer showering every other day when I sweat a lot, during winter I do it once every 3 or 4 days. It also depends on whether I have a schedule around people. Than I take a shower more often.

.... how can people not take at least 1 shower (or bath) a day? I would feel disgusting if I didn't shower at least one time during the day.

I think the only way I would not shower for a day is if I knew I wasn't going anywhere that day and wouldn't see anyone. Even then I would probably still shower though.
