I have to say I enjoyed DeathNote the most, the first time around with that show was awesome, but it has no replay value for me.  Bleach is pretty good but after so many episodes I have grown bored with it.  Full Metal,  never really seen it, or at least not that I can remember.

They tried to put too much into Bleach, hence while some of the characters are good, I cannot say I prefer it. Between Death Note and FMA, gotta go with FMA. The relations and feelings among the characters struck me more than a college student with no ego control.

I would go with Bleach. Death not was okay and fullmetal alchemist is pretty good. But Bleach has a better story line. Plus Bleach has Orihime and Rangiku. lol

well I like them all for different reasons
Death note due to the cliff hangs,
FMA /FMA bother hood because it teaches us that  their is a trade off or equivalent exchange in all life
Bleach because of the action and it 366 episodes 

But all three shows have one thing in common , the  Magical world, Roots, life, death and the soul
