Hi.

So I've recently just completed pokemon emerald - beaten the elite four, and the problem is I can't carry on with the game now.

It automatically saved when it displayed the hall of fame but once it restarts, a message appears saying "The save file has been erased due to corruption or damage."

Why can't I carry on with the game? Anyone know how to fix this?

I think most pokemon games has the same problem, but it's not such a big deal, in my opinion. I'm not sure why this is happening though, so I'll move it to RGR forum, because I doubt that RGR staff will notice your question, if I leave it in newbie forum.

ok, then try not to do the F2,F4 thing for a moment. try to save it first, then go to it the normal way, it should possibly work then ( I had this problem once with Sonic Battles, I just went back the old GBA way, then It was fixed!)

so give that a try and let me know if it worked
