So I started playing the fantastic game (Based off the just as fantastic card game) "Pokemon Trading Card Game" for the Game Boy Color. I started off as an innocent child, curious about how a fun card game could be compacted into a handheld system AND have a storyline entertaining to play and keep up with. And soon enough little child turned into the filthy bum on the corner of the street who only has his laptop, and 50 extension cords to connect to the closest house. Well not literally of course, but I did find myself not able to stop playing. As I fed my addiction with beating opponents and getting the next virtual booster pack, I noticed myself getting excited to see what was inside and see how I could make my deck stronger.

Who would have guessed this was their plan all along.

The Pokemon Trading Card game for the Gameboy is a fun game, I will admit. And as they say, the first step towards breaking an addiction is to admit it, which you have seem to have done. Now you just have to go about resisting it by replacing the game with other activities. Say, reading or taking a walk.
