Help with Play Now Button Refresh error

Hi, I'm relatively new here so I don't know much about the site but I was wondering if this is a common problem or something with my internet. A few days ago I was wanting to play a game(Just in case this is the problem ill put the game name down: Yu-gi-oh Reshef of Destruction) but when I clicked play it opened up the Emulator as usual. Then once It was about halfway loaded I had to shut down my explorer and restart my computer. Once I was reset I went to the website and pressed play now and it took me to the Emulator but It said "failed to load" and two other messages. I tried playing another game (Yu-gi-oh: The Sacred Cards, Pokemon Yellow) but when I pressed play now it just refreshed the page. every time I press it for any game it just refreshes the page. I need mucho help for this D:. Any help or advice is very much appreciated!

Edit: Also I can play games that I have played recently via the URL bar on my browser but I cant access new games from play now option

These didn't fix the problem D:. Thanks for the help though. Also I tried playing today and I noticed that it says when I put my cursor over Play now that this game needs the plugin, Java, Etc. I'm not sure if that's the problem but It never popped up when I first started.

Ok now it is pulling up but now It shows the 3 error Messages. I did the C:Documents and settings(NAME OF USER ACCOUNT HERE)Local SettingsApplication DataVizzedRgr thing but it says it cant be found

Just to be sure, when you type "(NAME OF USER ACCOUNT HERE)" you should actually be typing the name of your account on your computer. Whatever name is on the home screen when you log on to the computer should be the name that goes there.

I'm certain that the refresh is normal with this site, so it doesn't have correlation to the error messages. Maybe this link will help if the game or your browser is crashing?
